MENTORING. MOMENTS THAT MATTER.
Los Angeles Team Mentoring was founded in response to the 1992 civil unrest in LA. 28 years later, we continue to invest in historically underrepresented communities to strengthen and uplift our youth and their families. It is vital to address their needs, concerns, experiences, and exclusions as a result of race or racism.
LATM will continue to inspire, serve, and guide LA’s youth, providing meaningful mentoring relationships and opportunities in an environment of diversity and inclusion.
Each week, Los Angeles Team Mentoring (LATM) serves over 1,000 middle school youth with the support of 300 volunteer mentors, providing 96,000 hours of service annually.
